    Toolbar shortcuts

I have obsertved (at occasions) that the different actions on the toolbar are identified by numbers (and/or lettes). I assume that these numbers/letters serve to identify shortcuts. (1) Is this correct?, (2) How do I get these identifier to be displayed at the banner?

What toolbar are you referring to? Do you mean drop menus on the ribbon? What banner?
