    crosstab query can do this ?

    if the access data base only 2 column . ID and Name .
    use crosstab query can do as the picture ?
    and gen a header title as 1 - 20 ?

    No, the row heading needs to be a value on the table. I think I saw a post a few days ago where a number was added to a table. Rewrite this post and put in the subject Automatic numbering, or adding an automatic number - then the same person may reply to you! Or maybe google it. I'm sure I saw that it is possible.

    Otherwise get back to me on this post and I will help you with vba.

    how to query as the photo ?

    I google over 10 HOURS , still don't know how to do as this .

    now I changed to use Excel (as the photo) and link the excel to Access
