Please Help-Keep Multiple forms Active

Hello everyone,

I have a ms access application in which the very first form acts like a switch board and it has buttons to open forms.
All the forms, which open from switch board, use different tables.
The problem is, if i open any form from switch board, it doesnt let me go back to switch board back and open another form until i close the current form.
It keeps only one form active at a time. I want to be able to open multiple forms at the same time.
does anyone know how we can keep multiple ms access forms active at the same time?

Do *not* user the acDialog argument!

Guys..i found solution already.
Setting the form's Modal property to NO will solve the problem.
