I am not sure if this question falls under programming, but since I am working in Access Forms, I will begin here.
I have a form letter created in Word (I am using the mail merge option) that has specific spacing requirements since a section that has addresses information has to show in window type envelopes.
I am creating an Access Form in which people can enter customer information that will merge into each Word letter such as First Name, Last Name, Address, Account No, etc. (there is an Access Table behind the Access Form of course.) I would like to have a button in the form that people can click once they have entered a record that will automatically launch the form letter in Word with the designated fields (First Name, Address, Account No, etc.) populated.
Is there a command button that I can add to the form to do this?
