Form gets info from multiple tables, and needs to input to one table with a button

I have a form (EnterRecordsFrm) that gets gets info from muliple tables to make dropdown menus where a user selects inputs from lists populated by other tables (NameTbl) and YearTbl) and also has two other inputs (TrainingMissions) and (OpsMissions).
I want the user to be able to make selections from the dropdowns, and enter numbers in the text boxes, and have all that info go to a table (MasterRecordsTbl) when the user clicks a "save" button.
I've built the form, and the tables, and the dropdowns work and everything, but I cant get the "save" button to add the new record.
    Your help is greatly appreciated.
