    solved: Table relationships correct?

    Hi,

I'm new to database and have been working on an erd diagram and have confused myself from working on it for so long. It's a basic estate agent database. Basically a branch has properties for rent and for sale where each property is exclusive to one branch only. I've only worked on the properties getting sold so far by the way.

My main concern is whether I've got the relationships correct for the manager aspect or should it be included some how in the employer table?

My reason behind the relationships are:
Each branch should only have one main branch manager and only one manager can manage a single branch.
Each department(Rentals,Selling etc) would only have one manager and resulting head of all staff under that department.

    Is my logic correct?

    Many thanks.

    Matt

If you could post a list of all fields and tables and relationships and maybe some images then you may get more help.
