Report displays Primary Key Istead of Value from Form

I have created a table, with the months of the year in text.

Then, I have an input form, where I have a combo box, that lets the user select the month.

I then have a report, where that month should be printed. However, the primary key prints instead of the month, ie., 2 instead of February.

This is in the text box of the report: =Forms![frmNumberOfPM'sByMonth]!Combo23.

    Any ideas?
