Question Templates will not install either locally or from download

When using a template to create another DB I get a MS Office Access violation (no Number) that says "Template 'Sales Pipeline.accdt' could not be instantiated." it goes further to say "The table 'filters' could not be read from the template file. The object may be in an unrecognized format or contain invalid data." Initially I thought that the Template file may be damaged on this machine, so I went to MSO site and attempted to DL from there. The same problem arises. Thought maybe was that Template so I tried others. The same problem, just different DB name in line. Anyone have any ideas or solutions. Have run MSO diagnostics with no problems. ?????

Set the trusted locations to allow a different location and now the templates install.
    Thanks RESOLVED.
