bad math again

Attached is a portion of my db. The line count is 150 but a secondary count is only149.


In one of my queries I calculate percent and the add the percent to confirm the math it only come to 99.3333%

In my main db there are 243 lines but too other counts show up as 233.

I calculate the percent and then add up the percent which comes to 93%

So what am I doing wrong to get the incorrect math?

I am going to work on my main db and make it smaller to fit in the forum.
