    Format Issue

I have a simple one table database in Access 2007 listing songs. I successfully created a report that lists the songs in an index format. To denote songs in more than one language, I added a boolean field. I want to bold the songs in multiple languages rather than have multiple records for the same song. Sort.FontBold = True was added to the VB code as an on open event - all songs bold as expected. I cannot figure out how to add a condition so only the songs with multiple languages will bold. I hope this makes sense. If you need more details or examples, please let me know.

have you tried using conditional formatting in your controls, based on the boolean? right click the controls and use the wizard. that is one way.

The conditional formatting worked. Awesome! Thanks very much. I've been using Access for a long time and never knew that was there.

    You're Welcome.
