Query (Date Question)

I have two tables. Table "A" has one date field and Table "B" has two date fields or a range.

I need to determine if the date field in Table "A" is in between the date range of Table "B" and return data from Table "B" if this is correct.

All date fields are formated as "mm/dd/yyyy hh:mm".

Also, if possible...I would like to open sql in the query and use coding unless there is an easier way.
