MS Access / MS Outlook Linking

Hi, i'm looking for a solution for the following:
1. My 5 Sales Reps use MS Outlook to diarise their daily/weekly/monthly appointments.
2. I'm using a MS Access database to manage their daily/weekly/monthly appointmnets as a whole for all the sales reps.



Problem - how can i automatically import the dairy entries of all Sales Reps into MS Access instead of capturing them again?

you can write vba code to instance outlook at grab then with vba objects, or you might be able to import them, as was introduced in 2007. I'm sure it's still there with 10, but I don't use it so I can't say for sure.
