Simply put, you can't. Access must be installed on the machine running the program, which would be the user's machine. There is a free runtime version of Access available from Microsoft.

Not sure what you need. I sometimes a "relink" button that lets users point to a new back end location. It could involve this:

    http://www.mvps.org/access/api/api0001.htm

    and this

I mean want to run an Access 2007 application on a user machine using Runtime
    2007.
How do I get to use Linked Table Manager to work with Runtime?

I know what you meant. I don't think it's available with the runtime (not sure, as I never rely on users having access to it). My point was that you can probably do programmatically what you want done.
