Question How to do this in a mask? helpppp

    Hi!

    I need your help!
I'd like to create a mask for data about trees in my town but I have some problems for completing it.
In the mask I have to select type of tree and, depending on the type I selected, another section should appear.
    An example
In the mask I can choose between spruce fir and douglas. If I choose spruce fir I'd like it appears a section where to choose if the tree is live or dead. If I choose douglas I'd like not to appear this second choice.
How can I do this? Do I have to use a query?

    Thank you,

    Marika
