    Pie Graphing problem

    I am having troubles graphing.

I have 5 results where the query result is already in percent form. I want to make a pie graph.

When I use the auto graph from a query only two results show up.

Is there a manual way to add the selected results in to a pie graph?

aren't there 3 arguments in the graph wizard? I don't think the query is necessary to display that same data in a pie.

    See attached sample graph

    See attached.
It does not matter what I do in my sample the pie is always filled with one color.
I am doing something very wrong. In design mode it looks ok but in view mode the pie is all one color.
If I get the data from a table or from a query I have the same problem.

I have 5 fields to report in a pie graph showing percent.
I think I should change my name to "useless" not being able to figure this out.

which is being used as a %? each rows data, or each column's data? I'll help you out if you tell me this.

are you sure you don't want to do it in excel? To get the same thing as simple attachment in access is more work.

Everything was done in access. I was using Access to learn Access.
I have a table that did the math and converted it to Percent automatically.
So in my master db the table shows values in %.
Was that the better way of going?
or should I have left the values in none% form "0.013345345657677" or 1.334%

Got something to work for me

I have been playing again and managed of get my pie graphing working. It takes lots of fiddle-ling around. Only 25 more to go all the same format.

basically every time you make a change to a screen you have to leave that screen and then return to see any changes. Very time consuming.

If any one need help post it and I will help get you through it to the best of my little knowledge.
