Importing .txt data

Can someone tell me how I can work out if the .txt is delimited and what the delimiter options I need to select? I've 3 million lines of text to import in the attached format and it's driving me mental. Also, can I create new tables from this single .txt file by selecting only certain headers?

looks like a pipe delimeter. doesn't it? why not just use the 'other' option in the import wizard and put a "|" inside the input text box next to the radio button? should be simple as that.

3 million lines of data might take a while though!
