Access Menus

I've been messing around with customising my access menu, in the process of doing so I have deleted my main drop down menus ( File, Edit, View, Tools etc) have I lost this completely or is there hope for me???

Oo if I remember correctly I went into Tools then Customize then the Options tab and did a reset menu. I think thats what I did. If im being totally honest I cant fully remember - I didn't note it down unfortunately. I've only just started loggin issues that I come accross and how they got resolved. Give that a whirl and if it doesnt work then slap my wrist!
