Creating headings when a field changes in a form

I have a form that is linked to a query that sorts on the field 'FoamGrade' so all the same foams are together. But I need it to put a header in each time it changes.

Any suggestions what I need to bone up on to figure out how to do this?

Pretty simple in a report, fairly difficult on a form (no group headers). I've done it with a UNION query, where one section gets the headings and the other gets the detail, but that makes the form read-only.
