Form opens for only seconds

I'm looking to have a form, when opening the access database to open, show a bar graph that goes from left to right for 4 seconds then the form closes and opens my main form.
Can someone help.?

You can use the timer event of the form to close it and open the next.

I tried setting it to 4 and when I open the form nothing happens. Should it close after 4 seconds.?

Did you look in Help? The timer interval is in milliseconds. What's the code in the timer event?
