I've entered a validation rule for a field "Email address"
and i've put the validation rule as "contains “@”"
which comes up all the time even when theres an @ sign in the field.
how can i sort it out?

I may not be right
Windows XP Access 2003
just put like "*?@?*"
? are to make sure there are something around the @.
