Question 4 part Question on Backingup DB

    1) How can i set up Access2010 to automatically back itself up at a designated time?

    2) Does it matter if an end user is in the database at the designated Backup time?

    and if so,

    3) Is it possible to have a command prompt to all users in the DB that they need to save and close the DB for a designated period of time to allow the backup to take place, otherwise any unsaved data will be lost,

    4) and then force the DB to close in order to backup?

** look toward the 'Scheduled Task' feature of the server/PC OS - not a feature of Access.
