    Micron, tblCommunityConsensus was in the original schema and replaced by tblCommunities.

    tblCommunities is a new tblCommunityCensus.
    especially if "new" is really "now", but OK.

    I was able to do relationships between tables and do enforce referential integrity. Thanks for any advice!
