    Compiled for older versions

Is there an option for compiling so that the database will run on older versions. If I dont compile it the data base will run on any version but when I compile it, it only runs on the version I compiled it under.

    it should work either way.
the only problem would be any references used may prevent older versions from running once a newer person opens it.

    i've had to make 2 or 3 versions: app15.accdb & app16.accdb , so the office16 people dont corrupt the office15 people.
