How can i convert logo to a text

I have prepared a dashboard. In this dashboard I have created some buttons. Above each button I have placed some logo. The size of each logo is in kb.
Despite this, the problem is that when the user moves the mouse on these buttons, all of them start blinking, which makes it appear that the software is heavily loaded or the program is of very low level.

The thing worth seeing is that in this form only the logos blink. The text written on the buttons does not blink. Is there any way by which these logo can be converted into text and placed on the buttons or there is some other way by which these logos not blink?

why not just use the picture property of the button? use the caption arrangement for where you want the picture to appear on the button in relation to the text

The method mentioned by you is working properly, the only small problem is that whenever I browse a picture or logo in the picture option in the Format tab of the button's properties, I have to manually change the size of the picture or logo. I am not able to do this, so I have to first reduce the size of the picture or logo in the picture editing program and then insert it on the button in Access. Is there any way by which the size of the picture can be increased or decreased on the button? .

Not so far as I am aware, only by changing the size of the button - the expectation is you would be using icon sized files which from your attachment in post #1 would appear to be what they should be
