Just to clarify - the Auditor is just Auditing the Employee a number of times during the Month.
The Auditor is NOT auditing any specific Tasks ?

Hi
Does the attached screenshot cover your process correctly ?
Task a has been audited
Task b is in the process of being audited and the date of the audit is not 5 days more than the Task date.

Attach the Excel file, so you can have a clearer idea, replacing the sensitive data with other random values.
Sorry. It has been awhile since I last posted. I have been unavailable due to a severe illness. I'm back now and yes, this is very close to what I'm looking for with a slight addition.
I need to ensure that if an auditor was to attempt to complete task b, that it would not only pop up an error or give them a similar alert like you have if the Audit Date is less than 5 days after the previous Task Date that's completed, but if it is 5 days or after the previous task completed but it's less than 5 days after the previous audit date on task is, then that same alert happens.
I am guessing your date format is DD/MM/YYYY.
So it's say this is the example.
Task A - Task Date 6/11/2023 - Audit Date 9/11/2023 - Completed
Task B - Task Date 7/11/2023 - Audit Date 14/11/2023
Alert happens because the previous Task Date on Task A that's been completed is less than 5 days than the task date on Task B
Another Example
Task A - Task Date 6/11/2023 - Audit Date 9/11/2023 - Completed
Task B - Task Date 11/11/2023 - Audit Date 13/11/2023
Alert happens - Even though the Task Date on Task B is 5 days or more after Task A that's been completed, the Audit Date on Task B would alert the auditor to show them it can't be done because the Audit Date on Task B is less than 5 days after the Audit Date on Task A that's been completed.
So to put it simply, tasks are completed on a specific date. The audit date may happen later that same day or several days later. We have to make the 2nd audit date is at least 5 days after the previous task date that's been completed but also at least 5 dayhs after the previous audit date on that previous task that's been completed. The same could be said for the 3rd audit. The 3rd audit has to be at least 5 days after the previous task date that's been completed(task 2), but also at least 5 days after the audit date on task #2 that's been completed.
Well it looks like the rules have changes somewhat. Best of luck with that.

'What about weekends!'
CJ_London asked this previously, without answer. So I repeat this, but with add-on '... and about holidays!'. In some countries may be 3-4 days long holidays (+ 2 weekend days occasionally). Maybe this is not a problem for your country, but ...

Weekends, holidays, etc...they all count. This is for a client that is open 24/7, even on holidays such as Xmas. So
