10 year old Report suddenly not displaying correctly w/ NO code changes made.

I'm at a loss. I have a Client form that prints out when checking in at each visit. I have been using this form for over 10 years with no changes being made in years. I applied some changes in other areas of this access database system a couple days ago and the form/report is not printing correctly. With no changes related to this report/Form, I am not sure where to start looking to solve the problem. The Check Boxes are not placed correctly and there is supposed to 5 rows for medications to be listed, it is as if I changed to font sizes. But again, no changes were made. Below is a print screen of the report in design mode and one in print form. I am looking for some guidance or suggestions.

Do you have a copy before changes you can test with?

There is a Font related bug been reported here:

    And here:

I suspect your report issue may well be linked to it.

Possibly ... though I have only seen the font change issue on forms so far.
The good news from the Access team is that the font bug will be fixed in the next few days

I do keep previous versions backed up. I tested with an older version and still did not display correctly on the print out.

Perhaps if you rolled back the update it would?

So it has nothing to do with changes in db design. Something about the environment changed.

Welsh, what update should be rolled back? OP already tested version of db before design changes.

@June7 It appears to be due to an update in Access, which is replacing fonts that have been used for years.
So my suggestion was to roll back to a version where the fonts are not affected, might just be the last update.?

Thank you for all of your input. Fonts was the issue. When looking at the fields that were not printing correctly, MS Sans Serif was the font being used. I changed the font to Calibri (Detail) and is now print correctly again.
