I'm at a loss. I have a Client form that prints out when checking in at each visit. I have been using this form for over 10 years with no changes being made in years. I applied some changes in other areas of this access database system a couple days ago and the form/report is not printing correctly. With no changes related to this report/Form, I am not sure where to start looking to solve the problem. The Check Boxes are not placed correctly and there is supposed to 5 rows for medications to be listed, it is as if I changed to font sizes. But again, no changes were made.
