Export to excel to specific columns and rows

It's there a way to export data to create header columns(to specified columns) and also export data to specific rows from a table or query(s) to Excel? I would also like to represent training courses that have been completed by a checkbox in Excel rather than the course name? As always, thanks for your patience and continued support.

Thanks for the link. This only seems to show to start at a specific cell to populate columns and not rows, unless I misunderstood the code( which is highly likely).

Apologies. I don't really know how to do this. i have attached a spreadsheet of what i would like to do. Courses across the columns and names down the rows. I was thinking of creating a template with fixed cells which contain static data. Sorry again if I have misunderstood.

What is structure of raw source data? Provide sample of that as well. Possibly you just need a CROSSTAB query in Access.
