    For query design

I have created a program which has a query named printoffer. In this I want to see all the sheds and meters of each offer, total meter wise. For this, what should I do in the query?

You may get more members to look at your db if you post the actual db rather than a link to ii.

For instruction on posting a db here see: https://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301
If this helped, please click the star at the bottom left of this posting and add to my reputation . Many thanks.

I have tried this method, this method gives error in the file, it opens the bypass, (like save as error) so I have to enter the direct link.

Actually, I have to create a report from this query in the format shown in the attached pic, in which the total meters will come as shown in this report.
How will this happen and also tell how to set them in the report in the same format in which the shed and meter are set in the pic.

    Look at the Report "rptPrintOffer"

This displays the records for a specific Partyname
It then lists the related records for "Offer Date"
Then it lists below the various Shades. Note these are displayed Vertically and not Horizontally.

Also look at the Form named "Party Master" this allows you to select a Partyname - Enter an Offer Date and also Enter Shades for that Offer Date.

I also had to comment out all of the VB to get the Forms to open.

As it does for me, and extracts successfully. Just too late a version for me to open.
