    Nope. I did a quick search. Found a thread that said make sure apps are allowed through Windows Defender. Someone posted that they solved it via help from M$ Chinese support but said nothing about the solution. Provided link took me to a page that Google doesn't seem to want to translate for me. Give a search a try.
