Can Combobox Dropdown list be adjusted in any way?

I have a narrow combobox list that only has up to three characters in it, and I don't like how it looks with it being so wide and left aligned? Is there a way to either make the drop down list align with the right side of the combobox, or narrow the width of the drop down list? Here's a pic of what i'm talking about, and I circled it to highlight what i'm talking about? I have looked around for answers and came up with nothing, not even anything saying I can't do it. Thanks.

Change the list width property of the combo to Auto
Unfortunately, AFAIAA you cannot alter the alignment of the dropdown items - they are always left aligned whether the values are numbers or text
