    Undefined error importing spreadsheet

I'm trying to import data from a quattro pro spreadsheet, saved as .xls file into an existing database table. The 15 columns in the spreadsheet match up with the first 15 columns in the table I'm trying to import them into. The first column in the spreadsheet is "Account Number" which I have input consecutive numbers which should import into the first field in the database table "AccountID" which is an autonumber primary key field. When I open the import wizard, the last column from the spreadsheet doesn't show up.

Aside from the problem above, importing into a new table works fine. I cannot, however, import into the existing table. When I try, I have the same issue with the last column plus, when I finish the wizard I get an error message... "An error occurred trying to import file [....]. The file was not imported." This is the only information given. There is no error file created or anything so I have no idea what has gone wrong.
