Copy the db and play with the copy. If you don't understand what I'm saying, please use the key words as search terms rather than e.g. asking what a navigation pane is.
Open your play version and look for the navigation pane on the left side. If you can't see it because stuff happens when you open the db (such as a login form opens) close db and reopen while holding shift key. If that doesn't help then you might have to post a zipped copy here. I'm not about to tell anyone how to get around that.
Left click on the form whose combo list (drop downs is an Excel term, I'd say) and choose to open in design view. If the property sheet is not visible, open it from the ribbon. Now research how to identify what is used for the combo Rowsource property. It could be a value list, table or query name or a sql statement. Which one is used will dictate how you must alter the list results. That should get you started.
If you select a control on the form, the property sheet Format tab shows font properties for that control. If you have been tasked with administrating this db, you best find some books on basics or find videos. Use general search terms and if the results are not zeroed in, the results usually give you other ideas for search terms.
I'd say for the most part, a forum like this is for helping you solve issues but teaching someone who knows next to nothing about Access isn't really what the forum is for. You might find a mentor here though as there are people who don't think the way I do about such things.
The more we hear silence, the more we begin to think about our value in this universe.
