    Problem with Queries. Local vs. Replicated in Properties

    in Query properties what does Select Query (Replicated) mean? versus Query(Local)

    I think this is a Access Web App thing?
    Web Apps use SharePoint lists and are now deprecated and support for them is evaporating rapidly.

    That info is found by right clicking on a query in the nav pane & clicking object properties

    As mentioned by the OP, it will show the query type with either Replicated or Local in brackets.
    In fact, the same info is shown for any Access object - not just queries

    I believe it shows as Replicated if the project replicable property is true or if is has been imported from another project with that property

    The information is nothing to do with Web Apps and dates back to at least 1999.
    Its fairly esoteric stuff and can normally be ignored

    Thanks for the clarification Colin.
    I think my misunderstanding arrived due to only ever having seen that "feature" in a Web App or possibly an old Access Data Project (ADP)
