VBA to open a pop up form when hovering mouse over a line on a continuous main form.

I have continous main form. Each line has a button that when clicked opens a small popup form with more info about that particular record. I want that small pop up form to open when the mouse is hovered over the line and then close when it is off the line. to make it unneccessary to click the button. any suggestions?
