Creating Progress Report in msaccesss

I want to make progress report in each month from the data of revenue collection in my office.

Budget Head	Total collection up to previous month	Collection during the month (month Name)	Progressive Total
2406-01-800-95	15000	2000	17000
2406-01-95-01	22000	4000	26000
4406-88-91-101-	8500	500	9000

I made a data base consisting of BHtable ([name of BH], [BH code] etc) and remittance table ([date of rem], [chalan no],[BHID],[Amt]etc.). With 1 to many relation. A data entry form to enter the remittance details. I could make monthly reports using query. Now I want to make progress report like above. Please give some tips to do so.
