Hello All,

I have two crosstab queries both with Employee Names down the left and dates across the top. One contains start times (for the start of a shift for eg) and the other one contains certain codes to note Annual Leave or Sickness etc. Both queries are for the same employees and what I would like to do is combine the two so that these codes take the place of the start times where applicable (if this is possible) There is one code that must be ignored though. 'TRADE' has to be ignored. I don't want to put the codes next to the start times, I want them to replace the start times. Can anyone help?
