MS Access runtime "Execution of this application has stopped due to a run0time error"

    Hi,

I have an Access db that works with no problem with the exception of a computer that had Windows update to Windows 11. Now when I try to run a simple line of code "DoCmd.OpenForm "frm_01a_Jobs"" I get this error message.

Windows is the only thing I can think of that causing this problem. We have a perpetual license of Office 2019 which has not changed. Only Windows was updated from Windows 10 to Windows 11?

    I hope someone can help?

    Thanks!

Using the vb editor, check the Access project references on the problem pc. You probably have one or more marked as missing. That can be because of failure to set one/them or the file location for the reference has changed.

    Hi Micron,

That fixed the problem, it was the project references that were missing.

    Thanks for your help!
