Form with subform of query open another form

I have 2 tables and 2 forms with names for both (Tables and Form), Customers (data field name CustName, CustID#,….) and Contacts (data field name ContactName, CustID#,….), I have another form with name CustomersContacts show in top of form combo box the customers list names and in the middle of the form subform of query of Contacts, and complete the process, so is I change the customer name in the combo box update the subform and show the corresponding contacts of the customers. After select the name of the contact and doble click in the subform we can’t open the Contacs form with corresponding record of the contact.
