Tilde/accent not showing well in Capital letters in textbox

I've got forms that use international characters in textboxes, for things like name.

Today, for the first time I guess, I tried to enter Álvaro Óspina Ñavaro
The tildes and accent marks (everyone calls them something different, in other languages too) get cutoff at the top.

I tried changing the height of the textbox, the size of the font, etc., but nothing seems to work to get them to show better with capital letters.

    What trick am I missing?

    Using A365 32-bit, English UK
Works perfectly for me in both lower and upper case

Does yours look better than this (not smashing into the top of the textbox)?

    Smaller font/Bigger textbox/Increase superior margin/ or all?
    Or does that not help?

As already stated, it isn't a problem for me

You could try increasing the top margin if its an issue for you

    @ isladogs, post #5

I tried changing a lot of the different properties. The helps aren't very clear on some of them.
Yes, yours looks good. Mine uses mostly the defaults with font/size of Arial 11 in a height of ,529cm.

Do you use a top margin other than 0? What height, font, other margins, borders, etc. did you use?

In any case, you would think that a top margin starting at zero would take into account the complete size of the font being used, no?
