I googled query by form, and build a query based on a form with a button that return expired Allocations. You select the type in frmTypes and click the button to return result. It's not perfect but I quite get it, the result is similar to what would be returned with this query if one enter the correct type
Like * & [Enter Type required or Leave Blank for All Types] & *
.
But from what I understood up to now, (again I am not an expert on access...) based on the actual design of the db especially the tblPeopleAllocations, it is not evident for me to select an Enterprise and return all the people of that enterprise whose clearances are expired:name, surname, type of clearances date of expiry, etc, similarly when one select entity, it is not evident to return all the people of that entity whose clearances are expired:name, surname, type of clearances date of expiry, etc. Please correct me if I am wrong. Also I didn't quite get the solution posted by madpiet.
