different behavior of ribbon in runtime

Hi,

I've got this problem:



we have an application with an attached user-ribbon. When the ribbon is minimized and we open a report and access opens the printing-ribbon maximized, then after closing the report the ribbon is restored minimized in full-version of access whereas it remains maximized when doing the same in runtime.
The ribbon should be restored in mode before opening the report - so full version is right, runtime is failure.
Even explicit re-minimizing the ribbon within the "on closing"-event of the report does not minimize the ribbon.
Seems as access does some action after report is closed - but in wrong manner within runtime.

Attached a demo - some hints ?
