With multiple OutputTo pdf, I get "Printing" messages flashing in addition to the spinning wheel. What's the command to turn off the messages? They don't seem to fall into the "Warning" category.

There isn't one. AFAIK, that notification comes from Windows, not Access.

I'm not surprised, as I had a hunch I'd crossed over the line into "Windows Land". Too bad, as it's really disconcerting to the user as the screen flashes quite a few times before all the files have been created.
I expect they will get used to it. Would think they're already familiar with it from print operations in other apps. Although I find it interesting that I see it with Excel but not Word.
