    linked Excel in VBA code

When I use the Linked Manager to link an Excel file, it asks the Excel file path, file name & sheet name, has header row or not.

For example, the file located in "C:\Temp\Test.xlsx", sheet name is "Sheet1", with first row as header.
How to turn it into VBA code ?
    Thanks

Investigate using the transferspreadsheet command - Google to find out more
