Client not able to log into Front End

My database is split. To access the program, I created a login for each user with certain visibility and the login accesses a backend table. My users have shared access to the backend and can login without a problem, however when they try to access the front end it says they don't have permission for the shared sight. I'm not sure where to start on this. Any thoughts?

    Jeff

Do your users have read/write permissions for the backend folder?

    Yes'
And Yes the database is in a trusted location. Remember that they can reach the backend file with not problem. it is locking iin the same shared location for the tables during login to the backend.

How do users reach the backend if they are NOT going through the FE??

Your Login form is in FE, right?

You might get some ideas from this Steve Bishop video re Login

Some users just use the backend with Power BI to get reports.
I will watch the Steve Bishop video. Thanks

Steve's video was good, but I already have a successful login form which we have been using all along, before I split the database.

I'm not familiar with PowerBI. Are you saying PowerBI is a separate "entity/thingy" that can directly connect with the backend? Sounds like PowerBI bypasses your Login form/setup.

I was with the user when they logged into the backend separately, but you may be right about Power BI. I think I have to do some more testing with the users.
    Thanks for those questions.
