I'm having a problem developing a time sheet for my company.
We have employees out in the field, doing labour work, etc. The administrator for the area is going to input the time for all of these employees on a daily basis.
We want to keep track of their attendance on a daily basis (late, sick, family day, etc), so I have created an attendance table:
AttendanceID
EmployeeID
AttendanceDate
Status
And then I have another table which keeps track of their time:
TimesheetID
ProjectCategoryID
Hours
AttendanceID
I'm having a problem with the way I should go about implementing this. What I want is to have a form which shows all of the employees which are out in the field for a given date (say today) and then choose their attendance and select numerous projects which they worked on that day, assign there hours and choose the category which the hours belong too.
Any suggestions?
