Trouble with Form

I have created a form from my table, LogOn. There is only one field, "ID". I want the user to enter their ID into the form, save and exit the form only. When the field is bound to the table, the user cannot enter their ID. When the ID field in the form is unbound, it does not update the table with whatever they are inputting.

Why isn't this working??

I don't think anyone could guess without knowing something about your table besides what you named it.
