    Report different from query data

I have a query base on two tables (Volunteer and child) with a one(vol) to many (children) relationship. When I run the query the Vol and child assignments are correct but when i use this query in a report I'm missing one Vol and that Vol two children assignments show up with another vol.

Are you grouping in the report? What is the join field in the tables? What do the two Vols (the missing one, and the one with wrong children) have in common? Can you post the database, or make a new database with just the relevent objects and post it?

    Thanks Kimmer!

I had grouped by First Name, Last Name (Vol), Case Number and Case Suffix. I have two Vols with first name Pat. One of the Pats' was missing. I changed the grouping to Last Name, Case Number and Case Suffix and now the report reflects the datasheet view of the query.

    Many Thanks!
