    VBA>Tools>References

Trying to open References under Tools, I get "Error accessing the system registry"

Clicking Help instructs to re-install application. AFAIK, when re-installing, the whole suite needs to be done since there is no "repair" suggested.
Anyone else with this problem or a work around?
The last time I had to re-install, Outlook dropped folders, etc., so I'm reluctant to do the whole 365 app.

    TIA

When installed 2007, there is the advanced option to install components. If you look at settings/apps is there not a repir option there?, which I seem to recall just runs the install, but without needing the key.
