    Access 2003 - Need Report Footer to appear only on Last Page and at Bottom of Report


    Hi !!

    I'm using Access 2003.

    I need a particular line appearing only on the LAST PAGE of a multi-page report and that too on the LAST LINE at he bottom of the page.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Set the footer property .visible =false.
    in the footer event: ON PRINT, put : footer.visible = page=pages

    when it gets to the last page,the footer becomes visible.

    A report footer only ever shows on last page. Page footer shows on each page.
